Delivery areas
Padel Victim delivers to mainland France, the European Union and internationally. Available countries are shown at checkout.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times and costs
Mainland France
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days.
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days.
- Costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
European Union
- Standard international delivery: 5 to 10 business days.
- Costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
International (outside the EU)
- Standard international delivery: 7 to 15 business days.
- Costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Order tracking
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent when your order is shipped. You can track your parcel using the link provided.
Delivery delays
Padel Victim cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions or exceptional events. In the event of a significant delay, contact muriellecerulli@gmail.com.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel is damaged on arrival, please refuse it or record reservations with the carrier, then contact us immediately. In the event of loss, we will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible.
Customs and taxes (outside the EU)
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs charges or local taxes. These charges are payable by the buyer and are not included in the sale price.
